Welcome to Ember & Crust. We're a neighbourhood pizzeria built on a simple belief: authentic wood-fired pizza shouldn't mean waiting an hour or booking a table weeks in advance.
We opened Ember & Crust because we saw a gap in our neighbourhood. There were plenty of places to grab pizza, but few that combined real wood-fired quality with genuine speed. We wanted to prove you don't have to choose between quality and convenience.
Our wood-fired oven has been our heart since day one. It's not just equipment—it's how we achieve the authentic char, crispy crust, and slightly smoky flavour that makes wood-fired pizza worth the trip. Every pizza that comes out of it gets that perfect balance of charred edges and soft, airy centre.
Our model is straightforward but demanding:
